Breaking the Routine
I know, I know. I was a no show on Sunday. So was Roger. It's hard to keep up that Rock -N- Roll lifestyle when you're as old as us. But we happened to be in the neighborhood after going to the Sigur Ros show last night and dropped in for a bit.
What The Hell?:
I'm calling you out Tasha. The damn show tunes are getting on our nerves.
Best Use of Juxtaposition of Words That I Can't Quite Remember:
Russ said something that was completely brilliant, but I can't remember the whole thing for the life of me. Roger, help a girl out if you can.
Rocking The Suburbs:
The mood was mellow, but I left it to Roger to take care of that. He totally nailed Jet's "Are You Gonna Be My Girl."
Worst Segue:
I apologize to everyone for the segue from Roger's rocking out to me doing Mazzy Star's "Fade Into You". I should have rocked, but I wasn't feeling it. But at least I did a good job with my song :)
PSA:
Tomorrow karaoke starts at 6. There's some sort of charity thing going on. So if you want to see Baker before he has a few, get there early.

Anyway, if memory serves, that would be, "Brush your drugs and don't do teeth," pronounced with the voice of Mr T.
Oh, and thank goodness those 2 old guys did not carry out their idea of singing "Ebony and Ivory". Yikes.
awe...i remember that quote...it used to make me pee a little in my pants from laughing so hard.

lol yea thanks for calling me out. I do like show tunes and I try not to do them all too often any more, but my gay boyfriend of the night (ask roger if too confuddled) asked me to and since I had asked him to come to the lamp I complied.
I thought you were going to call me out on my horrible attempt of trying to sing brandy's "have you ever?" lol never again!
